Hawkswick Cote is not now a working farm, but a farmhouse set in large grounds with woodland and a stream running through. Guests are welcome to use the gardens.

Our accommodation consists of a spacious double room with en-suite bathroom(shower not a bath) together with a private adjoining lounge with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have their own separate entrance and are at liberty to come and go as they please.

There is an electric log effect fire and central heating so you can be cosy at any time of year. Up to two children can be accommodated on put-up beds.

Breakfast will be served in your own lounge at a time to suit you. This can be a full english breakfast with eggs laid by our own hens that very morning, or something less substantial.

A tin of Carole's homemade flapjack awaits all guests.
